The Club at St Lucie West is a condo community with Mediterranean flair. There are 19 total buildings and 20 condos per building. Each unit occupies only one floor and the buildings go up to 3 floors high. Eight possible units on the ground floor and second floor and then four condo units are on the third floor. Outdoor stairways lead to each unit.
Parking is open and unassigned. Residents utilize spaces in front of their building and their is plenty of room for guests. Detached garages are available if the original homeowners had purchased them during the condo conversion back in 2005. That’s right, The Club used to be an apartment complex but was converted during the real estate boom.
The buildings at The Club are peach-colored with red barrel tile roofs. Lovely white railings accent each units private balcony. Some units enjoy lake views or even golf-course views. All buildings enjoy the company of lush landscaping and swaying palm trees. A keypad entry gate is off St Lucie West boulevard and the clubhouse greets you at the main entrance. For residents at The Club, there is an extra entrance/exit in the back of the community.
