The Lakes at Tradition is a gated neighborhood of 687 homes built by DiVosta. Known to be built solid with poured concrete construction, DiVosta homes are well-reguarded.
Three floor plans were constructed between 2003 – 2008:
- Capri III patio home – 1,526 sq-ft of living space with two bedrooms, two bath, an “open den” area, and two car garage. Some Capris are known to be extended whereby residents took the covered patio and made that air conditioned space.

- Oakmont – 2,000 sq-ft of living space with three bedrooms, two bath, a den, and two car garage

The Village Center is the clubhouse and fitness facility within The Lakes at Tradition. On campus you’ll find a heated resort pool with veranda, heated lap pool, four lighted tennis courts, gazebo, multi-purpose rooms, fitness center, basketball court, and tot lot. Resident’s mailboxes are located at the clubhouse allowing neighbors to mix and mingle at the village center.
Living at the Lakes is virtually maintenance-free as the association maintains all landscaping, irrigation, and exterior maintenance of your property.
Home owner’s dues range based upon the model and are as follows: $362/mo – Capri; $389/mo – Oakmont; $406/mo – Carlyle (2015). These dues include the Tradition master association which covers basic cable and high speed internet.
