Heritage Oaks at Tradition in Port St. Lucie is a gated neighborhood of 524 homes built by Kennedy Homes between 2006-2007. On the northeast side of Tradition, Heritage Oaks has easy access to Crosstown Parkway and Interstate 95.

Homes are built with concrete block and stucco and many properties have the concrete tile roof with a brick paver driveway. Living space for these homes ranges on average from 1,500 to 1,800 square feet. All properties have a two car attached garage and are typically three bedrooms or two bed with a den.

Amenities at Heritage Oaks include a 2,500 clubhouse with fitness center and pool and spa. Two native oak hammocks can be found within the neighborhood and sidewalks line the streets. There are eight lakes providing beautiful views for many homeowners. Neighbors get together for weekly social events such as poker nights, book clubs, Mah Jongg, and water aerobics.

Home owner’s dues are $307 a month (2015) for Heritage Oaks and the Tradition master association. The dues cover lawn care, basic cable, and a manned guard gate at the main entry.
